Approve Acceptance of Project for Classroom and Cafeteria Addition at
Ruskin Elementary School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

On May 6, 2008, the Board approved the amendment of the architectural services agreement with Wilder Architecture, Inc. for the Ruskin Elementary School Renovation to add architectural services for design of replacement facilities for older buildings on the campus. On July 15, 2008, the Board appointed Horus Construction Services, Inc. to provide construction management services. The scope of work provided for 16 classrooms and a cafeteria.

The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.
