Approved the Recommendation Regarding the Purchase of Consulting Services for Maintenance and Continued Program Development for the School District Website from Karin D. Powell, LLC (Sole Source Provider) (Business Division)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Karin D. Powell, LLC, has been the developer of multiple applications provided through the district website including School Choice, Employment Applications, Online School Board Agendas, and many other vital systems. She works directly with the Communications staff to provide maintenance and continued development, as directed. As the chief designer of the systems, Karin D. Powell, LLC, is the only supplier that possesses the unique knowledge and capability to continue these projects. Karin D. Powell, LLC, is an approved supplier from the Information Technology Staffing solicitation #0009090-RFP-28.
