Recognition of the SkillsUSA Competition Winners at the SkillsUSA Championships (Career and Technical Education-Curriculum and Instruction Division)

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

SkillsUSA is a national Career and Technical Student Organization (CTSO) that focuses on technical, trade and skilled service careers. It is a partnership of students, teachers and industry working together to ensure America has a skilled work force. SkillsUSA's mission is to help its members become world-class workers, leaders and responsible American citizens.

We are proud to recognize the students who were competition winners at the SkillsUSA annual National Leadership and Skill Conference and SkillsUSA Championships held June 23, 2010, in Kansas City, Missouri.

ANNUAL DISTRICT GOAL(S) AND CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTOR(S)

* Increase promotion rates at all grade levels and the percentage of high school graduates, * Demonstrate consistent and effective teaching methods, * Motivate students to become responsible learners, * Challenge and support all students with an appropriate curriculum
