Kisinger, Campo & Associates Corp. was selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services for the paving project at Citrus Park Elementary School and Leto High School. Hamilton Engineering & Surveying, Inc. was selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services for the paving project at North Tampa Alternative. On April 21, 2009, the Board awarded the contract for construction to the low bidder, Alto Construction, Inc. The scope of work provided for parking lots at Citrus Park Elementary School and North Tampa Alternative School, and athletic track conversion and improvements at Leto High School.

The engineers advise that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommend Board acceptance.

This item was included in the District Capital Outlay: $50,000 from Certificates of Participation Series 2006 (CoPS 06) for Citrus Park, $80,000 from Local Millage for Leto, and $130,000 from Local Millage for North Tampa Alternative.
