Renew Existing Bid Submitted by RCS Company of Tampa Inc. and Kenair Inc. - Invitation To Bid (ITB) #7012-DST Commercial Refrigeration Repair Services (Business Division)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On November 6, 2007, the Procurement Department, in conjunction with Student Nutrition Services(SNS), issued a competitive sealed bid for commercial refrigeration repair services. The initial term of the contract was November 6, 2007 to November 5, 2009, with two additional one-year renewal options. The suppliers have agreed to renew for the fourth and final year beginning November 6, 2010, and ending November 5, 2011, with terms and conditions remaining unchanged.
