Approve Teachers Considered Out of Field as Primary Language Arts Providers to English Language Learners
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Florida State Board Rule 6A-1.0503 requires the School Board to approve teachers’ assignments to class, which are out of their field of certification. The attached list includes teachers who are out of their field as primary language arts providers to ELL (English Language Learners) students because they do not possess the required ESOL endorsement or the ESOL content coverage on their certificates.
