Approve Change Order No. 3 in the Amount of $14,453.50 Extra for HVAC Replacement at
Limona Elementary School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This project was planned by the engineering firm of Lyle Engineering Group, Inc. On February 7, 2006, the Board awarded the contract to the low bidder, Air Mechanical and Service Corp. The scope of work provides for replacement of the heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) system.

This change order provides for relocation of electrical conduits for new duct installation in the classroom and activity areas, and relocation of light switches and fire alarm system components to accommodate the addition of an access door for the air handler unit in each pod.

Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.
