Approve the Naming of Elementary School “N”

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Elementary School “N” is currently under construction and tentatively scheduled to open in August of 2008. Specifically, this school is located in the Valencia Gardens subdivision (South County area). Input for consideration of an official name has been solicited from neighboring schools and/or the community at large.

ANNUAL DISTRICT GOAL(S) AND CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTOR(S)

This is in accordance with Policy 8.27 (Procedure Summary) which governs the naming of school sites and facilities.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: No)

There is no cost to the School District for the naming of these schools.
