Approve Change Order No. 2 in the Credit Amount of $13,164.00 and Acceptance of Project for Painting and Ceiling Maintenance at
Ferrell Middle School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Carruthers and Associates Architects P.A. and J.B.D. Construction, Inc. were selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work provided for interior and exterior painting and new acoustical tile ceilings.

This change order provides a credit for project savings.

The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.

Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.
