Approve Change Order No. 1 in the Amount of $70,517.00 Extra for HVAC, Canopy, and Painting Renovations at
Progress Village Middle School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This project was planned by the architectural firm of Reliable Group Architects. On May 8, 2007, the Board awarded the contract to the low bidder, Cason Construction Management, Inc. The scope of work provides for heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment, canopy repair, and painting.

This change order provides for additional construction work required as a result of unforeseen conditions.

Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.
