Approve Agreement to Reimburse Parent for Transportation of Child by Private Vehicle for the 2007-2008 School Year

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Through mediation, a recommendation has been made for the District to reimburse the parent for transporting their child to and from Plant City High School as per the provisions of Chapter 6A-3.017 (11b, State Board of Education Administration Rules). Attached is a summary of the agreement that is being submitted for approval.

Funds have been allocated in the Transportation Department’s budget for reimbursement in the amount of $2,612.79.
