SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Suncoast Architectural Studios, Inc. and Kenyon and Partners, Inc. were selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work provides for resurfacing of existing pavement at King High School. Additional scope includes new lighting for the student parking lot.
This change order provides for replacement of existing through-walk drain, painting of existing wheel stops and ends of new traffic separators, and asphalt overlay of existing Driver's Ed range.

Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.
