Approve the Minor Reorganization in the Facilities Maintenance Department

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

A limited reorganization in the Facilities Maintenance Department is proposed to support consolidation of the Sites Department warehouse and increase the number of lead multitrades workers in Maintenance West to a number comparable to the other area maintenance units.

ANNUAL DISTRICT GOAL(S) AND CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTOR(S)

Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)

This reorganization results in a $597 annual cost savings to the Operating Budget, Fund 101.
