Approve Agreement for the Transfer of School Bus to Prince Academy (Attachment)

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Hillsborough County Public Schools will transfer a school bus to Prince Academy. The Charter School will be responsible for all costs associated with the operations, upkeep, maintenance, and repair of the bus. This item was deferred at the November 6, 2007 Board meeting.

In accordance with Florida Statute 1002.33(18)(e), the District is required to provide surplus facilities or property to charter schools. The approximate value of the bus is $2,000.00.
