SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS

Approve applications for Pupil Special Assignment for the 2007-2008 School Year, List #16.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

In accordance with the District's Policy and Procedure for special assignment, the applications processed for the month of November are as follows: Elementary 160 with 111 approved; Middle 38 with 18 approved; and Senior 46 with 32 approved. Total processed for November is 244.

The year-to-date applications for 2007-2008 are as follows: Elementary 3,609 with 1,550 approved; Middle 1,266 with 431 approved; and Senior 1,766 with 587 approved. Total processed year-to-date is 6,641.

Other. This is in accordance with Policy 5.03 Procedure Summary on student assignment.
