EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On February 13, 2007, the Board appointed Gottfried, Garcia and Rodriguez, Architects, AIA, PA and Christiano Construction Company, Inc. to provide design and construction management services. The renovation of existing facilities includes replacement or refurbishment of interior finishes and hardware, power, lighting, and low-voltage system upgrades, mechanical and drainage system repairs, and exterior repairs, waterproofing and painting. The administration building will be remodeled and reconfigured. Project completion is scheduled for February 2009.
Approval of the design development documents will allow the architect to proceed with construction documents.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
The project is currently funded at $3,151,494. The estimate of probable cost is $3,040,233. This item is included in the District Capital Outlay: Public Education Capital Outlay (PECO) Construction 06-07.
