SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This project was planned by the engineering firm of Key Engineering Associates, Inc. On April 24, 2007, the Board awarded the contract to the sole bidder, Alto Construction. The scope of work provided for field drainage improvements and track resurfacing.
Change Order No. 1 added a rubberized track surface and deleted the specified final overlay of asphalt. Change Order No. 2 directed the Contractor not to start the rubberized track work until football season ended which resulted in an 168 calendar day time extension.
The engineer advised that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.

Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.
