On January 17, 2006, the Board appointed The Architectural Practice, Inc. and Ellis Construction Company, Inc. to provide design and construction management services. This new facility, a reuse of the Collins Elementary School design, was occupied in August 2007 and relieved overcrowding at Bryant Elementary School. On February 13, 2007, the Board approved the guaranteed maximum price for the project.

This change order provides for final reconciliation of the Direct Purchase Program.

This item is included in the District Capital Outlay: Certificates of Participation Series 2004C ($10,333,649) and Classrooms for Kids 2003-04 ($2,669,722).
