EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The principal of Maniscalco Elementary School has been approached by Crosspointe Church for permission to use the cafeteria on Sundays from March 8, 2008 through June 30, 2008. The Church will be responsible for the electricity and custodial fees at the rate of $40.00 and $68.00 per hour respectively for the four (4) hours each Sunday during the agreement term. In exchange for the board approved rental fee of the cafeteria, the school will have usage of the Church's parking lot on a daily basis.
The site will at all times be the property of the School Board and approval of this usage will not create any right of ownership by the Church. This Agreement is subject to termination, reduction, restriction or modification by the School Board.
This Agreement has been reviewed by the School Board Attorney as to form and sufficiency.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: No)
The Church will be charged Board approved custodial and electric usage fees at the rate of $40.00 and $68.00 per hour respectively. The rental fee for the cafeteria is waived in exchange for the school's usage of the Church's parking lot on a daily basis.
