EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On November 9, 2006, the Board appointed Long & Associates Architects/Engineers, Inc. and J.O. DeLotto & Sons, Inc. to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work provides for an additional 12 classrooms. This addition is necessary to meet class size reduction requirements.
This change order provides a credit for the direct purchase of materials by the District, in accordance with the Direct Purchase Program.
