EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Reliable Group Architects was selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide architectural services. On May 8, 2007, the Board awarded the contract to the low bidder, Cason Construction Management, Inc. The scope of work provides for heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment, canopy repair, and painting.
This change order provides for modifications to ductwork and air intakes to address unforeseen conditions.

Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.
