Approve Construction Documents and Guaranteed Maximum Price for 2007 Portable Repairs at
Various Schools

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Ruyle, Darby + Jennewein, Architects, and R.W. Tymewell, Inc., were selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work provides for roof replacements and repairs at various schools. Project completion is scheduled for September 26, 2008.

Approval of the guaranteed maximum price will establish the cost for the facility.

Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)

Construction cost is warranted at $555,582. The construction budget is $555,582. This item is included in the District Capital Outlay: 2 Mill.
