This project was planned by the architectural firm of Abell Garcia Architects, P.A. On January 13, 2004, the Board appointed the construction management firm of R.J. Bunbury Company, Inc. for renovation of the school. On December 14, 2004, the Board approved an increase in the project’s scope for replacement of the existing food service facility with a new Multi-Purpose Building and a Classroom for Kids Addition providing 12 primary classrooms. The Board previously approved separate Guaranteed Maximum Prices (GMP's) for the Classroom for Kids Addition and the Multi-Purpose Building.

Change Order No. 4 for the Classrooms for Kids Addition provides for final reconciliation of the Direct Purchase Program. Change Order No. 5 provides for installation of projection screens in the classrooms, and the addition of directional exit signage required by the District Safety Office.
