Tampa Electric Company has requested School Board approval of blanket utility easement agreements to serve McKitrick Elementary School, Martinez Middle School, and Steinbrenner High School.

These easements are required by Tampa Electric Company in order to access their underground lines of wires, cables, data transmission and communication facilities, supporting structures and necessary appurtenances. Tampa Electric Company agrees to release these easements which contain a non-specific description of their installations, as described on Exhibit "A", at such time as Hillsborough County Public Schools furnishes a specific description of the existing installations and executes new easements containing that specific description of Tampa Electric Company's installations.
