Review the Process, Findings and Results of the Pilot Project with SEERAnalytics
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Hillsborough County School Board entered into a contract with SEERAnalytics for a pilot project to explore how the company's expertise could be applied to the process of determining school attendance boundaries. The pilot project was applied to the attendance area for Sergeant Paul R. Smith Middle School which is located in the northwest part of the county and scheduled to open in August of 2008. SEERAnalytics' presentation will highlight the process, findings and results of the pilot project. Also, SEERAnalytics will discuss how the process can be applied to not only future attendance area boundaries, but also other areas of the district where data analysis can be applied for more efficient use of people and resources.
