EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On February 13, 2007, the Board appointed Rodriguez + Architecture / AIA / PA and Christiano Construction Company, Inc. to provide design and construction management services. The renovation of existing facilities includes replacement or refurbishment of interior finishes and hardware; power, lighting, and low-voltage system upgrades; mechanical and drainage system repairs, and exterior repairs; waterproofing and painting. The administration building will be remodeled and reconfigured. Project completion is scheduled for April 8, 2009.
Approval of the guaranteed maximum price will establish the cost for the project.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
Construction cost is warranted at $3,070,000. The construction budget is $3,151,494. This item is included in the District Capital Outlay: Public Education Capital Outlay (PECO) Construction 06-07.
