SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Harvard Jolly, Inc. was selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide architectural services. The scope of work provides for replacement of a portion of the roof at Gaither High School. The project was advertised and bids received (see attachment). Subsequent to bid opening, the low bidder withdrew their bid and forfeited their bid security. The second low bidder, Crowther Roofing & Sheet Metal of Florida, Inc., is recommended. Project completion is scheduled for August 4, 2008.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
Total funds in the amount of $465,000 are included in the District Capital Outlay: 2 Mill. The contract amount being awarded is $464,329.
