EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This project was planned by the architectural firm of Wilder Architecture, Inc. On June 7, 2005, the Board appointed the construction management firm of Allstate Construction, Inc. As of the current boundaries, relief will be provided for Davidsen, Farnell, and Martinez Middle Schools.
This change order provides for roadway modifications to Citrus Pointe Drive as required by Hillsborough County. A time extension is included for completion of the work.

Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.
