Approve Acceptance of Project for Exterior Painting and Water Intrusion Repairs at Lockhart Elementary School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The project was planned by the architectural firm of Ruyle - Hayes + Jennewein. On June 6, 2006 the Board awarded the contract to the single qualified bidder, Spectrum Painting and Waterproofing, Inc. The project provides for exterior painting of Lockhart Elementary School.

The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.

Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.
