Approve Acceptance of Project for HVAC Replacement at
Limona Elementary School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Lyle Engineering Group, Inc. was selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. On February 7, 2006, the Board awarded the contract to the low bidder, Air Mechanical & Service Corp. The scope of work included replacement of the heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) system.

The engineer advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.

Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.
