SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
Approve a One Month No-cost Extension of Agreement with TechRadium, Inc., to Provide the IRIS (Immediate Response Information System) Phone Messaging System Through July 15, 2008 (Information and Technology Division)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
After a temporary interruption of services in March 2008, TechRadium, Inc. agreed to provide one additional month of coverage at no additional expense to the Hillsborough County Public Schools. The District is currently conducting a request for proposals (RFP) process to select a vendor for a new annual contract. The existing contract with TechRadium, Inc. ends on June 15, 2008. This extension will provide coverage from June 15 through July 15, 2008, giving the District additional time to select a vendor and enter into a new contract for the coming year.
