EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Long & Associates Architects/Engineers, Inc. and Halfacre Construction Company were selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work provides for replacement of portables at Mendez Center. Project completion is scheduled for August 2, 2008.
Approval of the guaranteed maximum price will establish a cost for the project.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
Construction cost is warranted at $165,158.50. The construction budget is $165,200. This item is included in the District Capital Outlay: 2 Mill.
