Approve Acceptance of Project for HVAC Renovation at
Monroe Middle School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

ASR Engineering, Inc. was selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. On April 24, 2007, the Board awarded the contract to the low bidder, Serge's Air Conditioning, Inc. The scope of work provided for modification of the heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) system in Buildings 6 and 7.

The engineer advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.

Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.
