SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
To provide water to the newly constructed Kimbell Elementary School, the District constructed Potable Water Facilities (the "Facilities") in the City of Tampa's Service Area. The plans for the construction of the Facilities were submitted to the Tampa Water Department and approved as presented. The District and the City have mutually agreed that upon connection to the water system, it would be economically feasible for the City to accept ownership of the Facilities.
By accepting ownership, the City of Tampa will be responsible for maintenance and operation and the District will guarantee the Facilities against any defects in workmanship and materials for a period of thirteen months as of the date of execution of this Agreement.

Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.
