Approve Change Order No. 1 in the Amount of $12,977.35 Credit and Acceptance of Project for Exterior Structural Repair, Tuckpointing and Painting at
Shore Elementary School of the Arts

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The project was planned by the engineering firm of Robinson Green Beretta. On April 15, 2008, the Board appointed the construction firm of Kalemeris Construction, Inc. The scope of work provided for exterior structural repair, tuckpointing and painting at Shore Elementary School.

Change Order No. 1 provides a credit for an owner contingency adjustment.

The engineer advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.

Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.
