Approve Change Order No. 1 in the Credit Amount of $508,803.92 for Classroom Addition at
Bryant Elementary School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

On July 11, 2006, the Board appointed the architectural firm of Schenkel Shultz Architecture with Batson-Cook Company providing construction management services. The scope of work provides for the addition of 16 primary classrooms.

This change order provides for final reconciliation of the Direct Purchase Program.

Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.

This item is included in the District Capital Outlay: Community Investment Tax 02 and 06.
