Approve Acceptance of Project for Fire Alarm and Intercom Replacement at
Maniscalco Elementary School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Carastro & Associates, Inc. was selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. On July 12, 2005, the Board awarded the contract to the low bidder, Becker Communications, Inc. The scope of work provided for fire alarm and intercom replacement.

The engineer advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.

Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.
