Approve the Reorganization and New Job Description for the Sites & Utilities Department in Maintenance

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

A reorganization in the Sites & Utilities Department is proposed to support inspection of backflow preventers by School Board personnel rather than outsourcing to contracted services.

ANNUAL DISTRICT GOAL(S) AND CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTOR(S)

Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)

This reorganization results in a $35,417.45 annual cost savings to the Operating Budget, Fund 101.
