Approve Technical Services Agreement with Dale Lyn Smith to Assist USF Patel Partnership School (Business Division)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
As we complete the transition for USF Patel Partnership School, we need the continued help of Dale Smith. Her position includes all duties including principal’s secretary, school secretary, payroll, bookkeeping, and Human Resources needs. Ms. Smith’s financial knowledge and experience with the prior school must be used in the transition. The term of this agreement will be for four weeks beginning August 18, 2008.
