On May 6, 2008, the Board appointed The Architectural Practice, Inc. and The Morganti Group, Inc., to provide design and construction management services for a second phase of build out of the new Instructional Services Center, necessitated by the move of several additional tenants to the Center. Project completion is scheduled for September 15, 2008.

Approval of the guaranteed maximum price will establish the cost for the project.

Construction cost is warranted at $1,826,679.69, which includes an increased fee associated with scope added subsequent to the original agreement. The construction budget is $1,826,680. This item is included in the District Capital Outlay: Land Proceeds ($1,100,000.00) and Non-Recurring Dollars located in the General Fund ($726,679.69).
