There is an urgent need to replace the roof at Bloomingdale High School. Reliable Group Architects was previously selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services, and had completed the Schematic Design and Design Development phases when the project was postponed due to budget constraints. Funding is now available, but the current construction budget exceeds the limits for continuing service contracts. Due to the urgency of this project, and to insure consistency and continuity with the previous work, it is recommended that Reliable Group Architects be appointed for completion of the design, for a fixed fee of $115,000.
