Approve Use of Facilities Agreement Between The School Board of Hillsborough County and Channelside Church, Inc. for Rampello Downtown Partnership School
Channelside Church, Inc. (the "Church") has requested use of two classrooms, cafeteria, parking areas and an outside area for Sunday services at Rampello Downtown Partnership School (the "School") (Attachment A). The Church will be using these facilities from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm from November, 2008 through November, 2009. The Board approved standard fees (School Bookkeeping Handbook, revised 03/08) (Additional Attachment B) for room rental, custodial, electric and personnel will apply to this Agreement.
The site will at all times be the property of the School Board and approval of this usage will not create any right of ownership by the Church. This Agreement is subject to termination, reduction, restriction or modification by the School Board.
ANNUAL DISTRICT GOAL(S) AND CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTOR(S)
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: No)
The School will receive the standard room and outside area rental fees, custodial and electric charges for a total of $627.27 per week, refer to Additional Attachment B.
