Approve Change Order No. 1 in the Credit Amount of $213,312.37 for Kitchen Renovation at
Chamberlain High School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Long & Associates Architects/Engineers, Inc. and Greater Bay Construction Co., Inc. were selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work provides for ventilation and handicap accessibility upgrades; and new cooking equipment, serving line, electrical systems, and finishes.

This change order provides a credit for the direct purchase of materials by the District, in accordance with the Direct Purchase Program.
