Approve Change Order No. 1 in the Credit Amount of $12,658,104.86 for
Strawberry Crest High School, New Facility

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

On December 12, 2006, the Board appointed Long & Associates Architects/Engineers, Inc. and HCBeck, Ltd. to provide design and construction management services. As of the current boundaries, this school relieves Armwood, Durant, and Plant City High Schools.

This change order provides a credit for the direct purchase of materials by the District, in accordance with the Direct Purchase Program.
