Approve Change Order No. 3 in the Amount of $2,891.68 Extra for HVAC Replacement at
Cypress Creek Elementary School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Anston-Greenlees, Inc. was selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. On July 11, 2006, the Board awarded the contract for construction to the low bidder, Kenyon & Partners, Inc. The scope of work provides for the replacement of mechanical system components.

This change order provides for final reconciliation of the Direct Purchase Program.
