The Walter Fedy Group, Inc., was selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. On April 10, 2007, the Board awarded the contract for construction to the low bidder, Air Mechanical & Service Corp. The scope of work provided for replacement of the heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment and ducts; new gymnasium lighting; and painting of three buildings.

This change order provides for final reconciliation of the Direct Purchase Program.

The engineer advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.
