Gottfried, Garcia and Rodriguez, Architects, AIA, PA were selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. On May 29, 2007, the Board awarded the contract for construction to the low bidder, Quality Roofing of Florida, Inc. The scope of work provided for replacement of mechanical system components, including the condensing units and air handlers.

The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.
