Approve Acceptance of Project for Classrooms for Kids Addition at
Marshall Middle School (Painting)

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

On November 9, 2006, the Board appointed John J. McKenna Architect P.A. and W.G. Mills, Inc. to provide design and construction management services for the classroom addition. On July 29, 2008, the Board approved the amendment of existing agreements to include interior painting throughout the facility and painting of exterior trim and canopies.

The architect advises that the painting project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.
