Approve License Agreement with Greater Tampa Association of Realtors, Inc. for Parking at 2905 West Cleveland Street, Tampa, Adjacent to Mitchell Elementary School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Hillsborough County Public Schools' ("HCPS") staff has been informed of a vacant area available for additional parking adjacent to Mitchell Elementary School in Tampa. Staff has been working with representatives of the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors, Inc. ("GTAR") for the license to use the area for faculty and staff parking. The yearly fee will be $720.00 and HCPS staff will be responsible for performing regular maintenance, including mowing and keeping the surface smooth and operable.

The yearly rental fee of $720.00 will be derived from the General Operating Fund.
