Approve Change Order No. 3 in the Amount of $24,021.92 Extra for
Kimbell Elementary School, New Facility

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

On December 18, 2007, the Board appointed The Architectural Practice, Inc. and Batson-Cook Company to provide design and construction management services. Based on the approved boundaries, this school relieved Forest Hills and Pizzo Elementary Schools.

This change order provides for final reconciliation of the Direct Purchase Program.
